Your tour begins at the meeting point with a 15-minute transfer to our husky camp. After a short safety briefing, meet our well-trained, friendly huskies and get ready for the ride.
Enjoy the thrill of the sled, then spend time interacting with the dogs and taking photos.
Warm up in our heated shelter with a hot drink and cookies before returning to the meeting point.

Safety & Preparation
Before the ride, our mushers will give a brief safety briefing and explain how the sled works. We ensure a safe and smooth experience for all guests — adults and children alike.
Please wear warm winter clothing: insulated jacket, snow pants, hat, gloves, and sturdy boots. This is an outdoor activity, and staying warm is essential.

- Infant seats unavailable
- Not recommended for guests with animal allergies, mobility impairments, or weight over 95 kg
Good to Know
- For booking changes, contact us at least 24h in advance.
- In extreme cold (-30°C or below), tours may be rescheduled or refunded.
- Routes may change depending on weather and trail conditions to ensure safety and comfort.
- Card payments at the camp may not always work — bring an alternative payment method.
- Don’t forget your camera or phone for photos with the huskies!

Scenic Bus Ride:
A short 15-minute drive brings you to the frozen Lake Rautusjärvi, surrounded by centuries-old pine forests.

Arrival Instructions:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
The meeting point is in front of the Tourist Information building.
Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
After the Tour:
You will be dropped off at the same location.
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth operations for our guests and staff, the following cancellation fees apply:
1 day or less before the event – 100% of the booking fee
Up to 5 days before the event – 20% of the booking fee
Up to 30 days before the event – 15% of the booking fee
Up to 180 days before the event – 10% of the booking fee
