Good to Know Before You Go
Arrival
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The tour cannot be delayed, and late arrivals unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
Clothing
Dress warmly — this is an outdoor activity in cold nighttime temperatures.
Aurora Visibility
Northern Lights sightings depend on weather and solar activity. We cannot guarantee visibility, but our team carefully selects the best possible time and location.
Photography & Stargazing
You are welcome to bring your own phone or camera for personal photos.
Our guide will also capture moments with a professional camera.
If you wish to take photos through the telescope, we recommend downloading a stargazing app in advance.
Extreme Weather
In case of very low temperatures (–30°C or colder), the tour may be rescheduled or refunded to ensure comfort and safety.

Itinerary
1. Pick-Up from Levi
Your guide will meet you at your accommodation in Levi (within 10 km) for a convenient start.
2. Scenic Winter Journey
Travel through snow-covered forests and peaceful Lapland landscapes on the way to a secluded frozen lake.
3. Arrival at the Lake
Step onto the vast frozen lake and take in the Arctic night sky — a perfect setting for your adventure.
4. Northern Lights Insights
Learn from your guide about the science and folklore of the Aurora Borealis and how to spot the best displays.
5. Optional Snowshoeing
Explore the untouched snow with snowshoes and experience the quiet beauty of the wilderness.
6. Cozy Campfire
Warm up by the fire with hot drinks and traditional Finnish snacks, including sausages and marshmallows.
7. Stargazing & Photography
Use telescopes to explore the stars and capture the Aurora. Our guide will also take professional photos for you to keep.
8. Return to Levi
At the end of the tour, you’ll be dropped off at your accommodation and receive professional photos of your evening.

Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth operations for our guests and staff, the following cancellation fees apply:
1 day or less before the event – 100% of the booking fee
Up to 5 days before the event – 20% of the booking fee
Up to 30 days before the event – 15% of the booking fee
Up to 180 days before the event – 10% of the booking fee
