By booking an experience with Keo Wilderness, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through official channels.
• Booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.

3. Cancellation Policy

We apply the following cancellation fees:

No-shows are charged 100%. All cancellations must be sent via email.

4. Changes by Keo Wilderness

We reserve the right to cancel or change experiences due to weather, safety, or low participation.

5. Participation

Participants must be in good physical condition. Some experiences may require a valid driver’s license.

6. Insurance

We recommend that customers have personal travel insurance.

7. Liability

We are not liable for injuries, lost items, or delays caused by third parties.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations. See our Privacy Policy .

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will be handled in Rovaniemi District Court.
