Good to Know
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. The tour must run on time for all guests. Late arrivals cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
For any booking changes, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
In rare cases of extreme cold (-30°C or below), we may reschedule your tour or offer a full refund. Your comfort and safety, as well as the wellbeing of our huskies and reindeer, are always our top priority.
The route of the tour may be adjusted depending on weather and trail conditions.
Participant Information
Not recommended for guests over 95 kg.
Not suitable for wheelchair users or people with significant mobility impairments.
Not recommended for people with animal allergies.
What to Bring
Warm winter clothing is required. The activity is outdoors, and proper clothing will ensure you enjoy the experience.
Food & drinks are not included. Additional snacks and drinks are available for purchase on site.
Thermal clothing is not provided, please dress according to the weather conditions.

Pick-Up:
We’ll meet you at your chosen meeting point and take you deep into the heart of Lapland.
Scenic Bus Ride:
A short 15-minute drive brings you to the frozen Lake Rautusjärvi, surrounded by centuries-old pine forests.
Meet the Huskies
Our friendly huskies will greet you with wagging tails and eager eyes, ready to dash through the snow.
Sleigh Ride Adventure:
Feel the crisp Arctic air on your face as you glide across snowy trails, surrounded by the silence and beauty of the wilderness.
Return Trip:
We’ll bring you back to the meeting point, taking with you memories that will warm you for a lifetime.

Arrival Instructions:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
The meeting point is in front of the Tourist Information building.
Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
After the Tour:
You will be dropped off at the same location.
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth operations for our guests and staff, the following cancellation fees apply:
1 day or less before the event – 100% of the booking fee
Up to 5 days before the event – 20% of the booking fee
Up to 30 days before the event – 15% of the booking fee
Up to 180 days before the event – 10% of the booking fee
